This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal data (also referred to as personal or personally identifiable information, “PII”) when you access or use our websites, platforms, applications, APIs, and e‑fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, and related technology services (collectively, the “Services”).

Efulfillment.vn is a brand owned and operated by CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN THƯƠNG MẠI DỊCH VỤ GIẢI PHÁP MDL, which acts as the data controller and, where applicable, the data processor of personal data collected through the Services.

Efulfillment.vn provides end‑to‑end e‑fulfillment services, including order processing, warehousing, inventory management, shipping, last‑mile delivery coordination, and related technology solutions for e‑commerce and cross‑border businesses.

We will respond within the timeframe prescribed by Vietnamese law and will attempt to respond to all legitimate requests within thirty (30) days.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. By providing us with personal data and using the Services, you warrant that you are over the age of eighteen (18) or otherwise above the age of majority within your jurisdiction.
